Our services

Stillform designs, builds and supports websites and digital tools. The scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed with you before work starts.

Payments

Typical website projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% before launch; larger projects may use milestone payments (for example 40/30/30). Prices are in Zambian kwacha. Ad spend and third-party services are separate.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you give us (text, images, logos). You confirm you have the right to use it. We may show completed work in our portfolio only with your permission.

Portal accounts

Keep your sign-in details private. Website owners decide who in their business has Viewer, Editor or Owner access and are responsible for those choices.

Acceptable use

Do not use our services for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or to upload content you do not have the right to use.
