Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website and the client portal, including people who use screen readers, keyboards or zoom. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we do

• Readable text with strong colour contrast, and pages that still work when you zoom in.
• Every form field has a label, and errors say what went wrong and how to fix it.
• You can move through the site with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
• Animations are reduced when your device asks for less motion.
• Buttons and links are large enough to tap easily on a phone.
