What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, business, contact details, chosen service and message when you use the contact form.
- Accounts: your name, business name, email address and phone number when you create a client portal account.
- Project content: business details, posts, images, requests and messages you add in the portal.
- Billing records: invoice titles, amounts and payment status for your project.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, build and run your website, provide the client portal, send project updates and keep our service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database and sign-in, Vercel for hosting) and protected by access rules so each client can only see their own project.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies that keep you signed in to the client portal. We do not use advertising cookies.
